ydia Yeager received her B.A. in 

Medicine, Health & Society; Master of Science in Nursing; and Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Vanderbilt University. She has been a registered nurse and a nurse practitioner for over ten years. She has taught at Sacred Heart University and guest lectured at Columbia University. Her academic publications have appeared in Journal of Pediatric Health Care, Nursing Clinics of North America, & Contemporary Clinic.

Lydia is student in the MA in Writing program at Johns Hopkins University. Her fiction has appeared in Humans of the World, where her short story, Nurse, won the 2023 Fall Short Story & Fiction Challenge.

Lydia was born and raised amongst clusters of daffodils in a small village in Northern England. She now lives in New York City with her two dogs.
